Chrome- Make sure creating multiple audio tracks with getUserMedia behaves sensible.

Project Member Reported by, Sep 21 2012

Issue description

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Currently, even if you create multiple audio tracks - the latest selected microphone is used on all audio tracks.
If more audio tracks are created where a new microphone is selected, the latest selection overides all previously created.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Be able to use separate microphone inputs for each audio track

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

Components: -Render GetUserMedia
"Render" component is being removed -> moving this to "GetUserMedia" (not sure that is the right one though...).
