Feature description: Currently each peerconnection can only send one audio track. Implement support for multiple sending audio tracks. Eng owner: Expected date landing on trunk: Any new strings? Any implications for Google webservices (i.e. sync, translate)? Any dependencies on Chromium code? *Note: submitting this issue will send email to cross-functional reviewers for launch approval.
