Pass through the timestamp from the audio device

Reported by, Jun 3 2014

Issue description

Currently the audio's timestamp is computed based on the captured sample. To get more accurate capture time we should stamp the captured audio frame in the audio device implementation, and pass that timestamp all the way through the pipeline.

Giving this to Minyue who owns the similar-looking bug 3390, and might know if this one is still relevant.
