Rendering paths with maskfilter generates unnecessary temporaries

Issue description

In SkGpuDevice::drawPath(), when we have a maskFilter, we may transform the path to device coordinates and then generate the mask. It should be possible to create the mask without the device transform. Note that this only happens for rectangles (the check is in directFilterMaskGPU()) as well.
