Issue 8260: "Submitted together" section doesn't show which change is the one currently displayed

Reported by, Feb 1 2018

Issue description

Affected Version:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Upload a set of changes that span across repositories.
2. Open one of them in the web UI.

What is the expected output?

The "relation chain" section has a little arrow next to the change that's currently displayed, so I can better understand what I'm looking at and open all other changes in background browser tab. That's great.

The "submitted together" section also displays a list of changes (a superset of "relation chain"), but without the nice little arrow.

What do you see instead?

Have the little arrow in both sections.
