[FR] Ability to Adjust Input Devices' Input Levels

Project Member Reported by cag...@google.com, Today (5 hours ago)

Issue description

Description:
Customer would like the ability to adjust microphone sensitivity similar to how the user can adjust output source and volume.

Use case:
Customer would like the ability to adjust microphone sensitivity similar to how the user can adjust output source and volume, both in settings and ideally from quick menu as well.

Since their devices are managed, they are not permitted to enter developer mode to use experimental features.

Additionally, the WebRTC noise cancellation feature did not improve noise cancellation issues.

Motivation:
All popular operating systems have an option to change input levels for input devices.

Existing workarounds:
Might be worked around by using specific headsets which allow input level adjustment.
