The existing PageLoad.Clients.Ads.Bytes.AdFrames.PerFrame histograms skew very low (~13% of frames are below 1 kilobyte).

After some investigation this in part caused by invisible (display: none) iframes, and very small (1x1 pixel) iframes that only a limited amount of resources. 

These frames should not be included in metrics as it skews the percentile, making it impossible to know how many real ads will be affected by interventions.
