Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open dev tools, simulate any mobile device
2. Navigate to 'http://thechive.com/'
3. In the network panel, observer 'domcontentloaded' event, but no 'load' event

What is the expected behavior?
'load' event should be observed

What went wrong?
The load event is not observed in Chromium, however it is observed in Chrome
