Current experience:
"Allow mobile data roaming" toggle and "Roaming status" line items are separate, although they communicate very similar information
Desired experience:
The status string under "Roaming status" (e.g., "Home network, not roaming") should instead be included as subtext below the "Allow mobile data roaming" line item. See attached mocks for current/desired.
