Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. log into chrome google account
2. navigate to site that has recaptcha 
3. open devtools > Application
4. on side panel choose storage>cookies>site
5. clear site cookies either via right click on domain or via clear all button 

What is the expected behavior?
site specific cookies should be deleted.

What went wrong?
google's cookies get deleted and therefore I get logged out of the google account..
