Prerequisite:
Make sure that more than 8 tabs are open

Steps to reproduce:
Launch iOS Chrome
Tap on Tab Switcher icon
Scroll through the screen such that few tabs are partially visible at the bottom of the screen
Tap on the partially visible tabs

Note: 
Issue is observed only in landscape mode for mobiles.
Issue is observed both on both normal and incognito tabs

Observed results:
Unable to access partially visible tabs in “Tab Switcher”  

Expected results:
Tapping a partial visible tab, should open the particular tab
