Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:64.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/64.0 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Call: chromium-browser --search "something" What is the expected behavior? The browser is opened with the default search engine searching for "something" What went wrong? Something is opened as a regular url, interpreted as "http://something/". Did this work before? No Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 71.0.3578.98 Channel: stable OS Version: elementary OS 5.0 Flash Version: This would allow third party applications to initiate searches on Chromium using the user's default search engine. For example application launchers. Firefox is currently one of the few browsers that support this. |
