(2) Click "Toggle Picture-in-Picture" button
(3) Minimize browser window
(4) Click "Back to tab" button in the Picture-in-Picture window.
(5) Picture-in-Picture window is closed and ...

What is the expected result?
Browser window should return to its initial state.

What happens instead?
Browser window stays minimized
