Chrome Sign Builder kiosk stops running schedule

Reported by w...@the-campus.ca, Yesterday (34 hours ago)

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/71.0.3578.98 Safari/537.36
Platform: 11151.59.0 (Official Build) stable-channel veyron_mickey

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Create a Schedule with a default URL, several additional events repeating weekly
2. restart Kiosk
3. Kiosk starts running current presentation (URL)
4. Kiosk starts the next scheduled Presentation
5. Wait until that presentation time is ended
6. notice that it did not change presentations.
7. Restart KIOSK
8. rinse/repeat

What is the expected behavior?
Expected behavior is that presentations will change in accordance with the Chrome Sign builder schedule.

What went wrong?
Once the first scheduled presentation after the reboot starts, the sign builder no longer seems to update according to the schedule. The first event does not end, nor do following events start on schedule.

Reboot resumes presentation according to schedule and starts, but does not end, the first subsequent presentation event in the schedule.

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 71.0.3578.94 Channel: stable
OS Version: Google_Veyron_Mickey.6588.264.0
Flash Version:

This practically makes sign builder unusable except to run one presentation.

The resources for the attached schedule are publicly accessible and do not contain any confidential information.

you can restore the schedule and upload either schedule to the kiosk to see the issue. Enterprise support has also reproduced the issue and validated the schedules...
