Android gesture navigation: swipe in different direction should cancel the navigation

Issue description

Chrome Version: 73.0.3678.0 canary
OS: Android

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) open a page then navigation to second one
(2) swipe right to trigger navigation back animation don't release
(3) swipe left to see the animation disappear and appear again.

I think Android is not use overscroll controller as other platform.

As per comment#0 this seems to be feature request.

@chaopeng: Please correct me if we are wrong. Please let us know if you used any third party app to use gesture navigation or did you change any setting? What is the device used to reproduce this issue.

It is not a feature request. It is in flags chrome://flags#enable-gesture-navigation.

Android has its own OverscrollController (overscroll_controller_android.h) to implement overscroll-initiated actions in Java layer.
