Chrome Version: 73.0.3679.0 (Official Build) canary (64-bit) (cohort: Clang-64)
OS: Win10
What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Go to https://www.google.com/cloudprint/#printers and verify that the list of network printers visible on the local network is populated correctly (I'm seeing the list at the Google Montreal office)
(2) From any web page, choose "Print" from the menu
(3) Open a PDF file, press the "Print" button in the PDF viewer.
What is the expected result?
For both (2) and (3), the print dialog should open, and the "Destination" field should be populated in a reasonable time.
This works in my stable browser: 71.0.3578.98 (Official Build) (64-bit) (cohort: Stable) "Destination" is filled as "Microsoft Print to PDF", and when I click "Change" a printer selection dialog opens with the same printers as in (1)
What happens instead?
A spinner displays forever next to "Destination". The dialog header says "Unknown printer".
