There is no obvious way to hide/show the right panel(Styles, computed, etc) in the Elements tab

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/71.0.3578.98 Safari/537.36 Vivaldi/2.2.1388.37

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Press F12
2. Select Elements Panel 
3. try to completely hide the right panel

What is the expected behavior?
being able to hide/show that panel

What went wrong?
no way to hide/show that panel

Did this work before? No 

Chrome version: 71.0.3578.98  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: 

Is there a key combination for this? That panel is in always in the way

AFAIK it's possible to write a custom devtools extension or a theme that hides that panel.
