The failed tests are marked "experimental", which means they won't turn the build red or create SoM alerts if they fail. Hence this is WAI. You can find bugs on file for moving them out of experimental next to the entries for "Win10 Tests x64 (dbg)" in: https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/master/testing/buildbot/test_suite_exceptions.pyl
