Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Select Turn On in settings
2. Click Install
3. Wait

What is the expected behavior?
The Linux installer should complete

What went wrong?
The installer stalls at 90% or so. I have left this overnight so it has had time to complete.

Did this work before? No

OS Version: 11316.82.0
Flash Version: 32.0.0.114 

I normally use Canary in developer mode. Linux does not install in that configuration either. I thought I would try installing in the intended configuration. No luck.
