In autofill_private_event_router.cc, the OnPersonalDataChanged sends 4 IPC calls to the JS.

OnAddressListChanged, OnLocalCreditCardsChanged, etc

Instead it should have a single OnPersonalDataChanged call

This also makes senses, since we don't know for sure which data type changed anyway. We only know that some personal data changed.
