Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 11151.61.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/71.0.3578.98 Safari/537.36 Platform: 11151.61.0 (Official Build) stable-channel eve Steps to reproduce the problem: I keep triggering the launcher when using it as a modifier for the beginning/end-of-the-line keyboard shortcut. What is the expected behavior? What do you want? I would like to keep the launcher key active as a modifier for keyboard shortcuts even when disabled in the OS keyboard settings. Currently, when disabling the launcher key, all shortcuts are also disabled. Why do you want it? I've been using a pixelbook for many months now and while I am happy and productive with the keyboard, I still manage to trigger the launcher from time to time (too often and a couple of time when writing this), which is very annoying. This has me consider moving away from ChromeOS altogether since this is not a device/keyboard issue but rather an OS-level problem for my usage. Keeping this key active as a modifier when disabling its Launcher feature would be the next best think to using an active key as a modifier. What went wrong? Even after months of using the device I keep triggering the Launcher when trying to use the Launcher *key* as a modifier for one of the pre-defined ChromeOS shortcuts. This is very annoying. Did this work before? No Chrome version: 71.0.3578.98 Channel: stable OS Version: 11151.61.0 Flash Version:
