OS: Windows (7, 8, 8.1, 10), Mac (10.13.1, 10.13.6, 10.14.3) and Linux (14.04 LTS)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome and bookmark 2 to 3 pages.
(2) Drag the bookmarked pages one by one from 'Bookmarks Bar' over to omnibox and observe.

Actual Result  : Focus highlight stays over multiple bookmarks of bookmarks bar at the same time after dragging bookmark.
Expected Result: Focus highlight should appear only on the last dragged bookmark of bookmark bar.

This is a regression issue broken in ‘M-72’, below is the Manual Regression range:
Good build: 72.0.3624.0 (Revision: 611431)
Bad build : 72.0.3625.0 (Revision: 611977)

You are probably looking for a change made after 611512 (known good), but no later than 611513 (first known bad).
