What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into user >> from ubertray/Accessibility, enable Onscreen keyboard
(2)Click in the gap between the space key and side arrow key and observe(Please refer video) 

Actual: Space key is clickable when we click in the gap between the space key and side arrow key or may be ripple effect on the space key is missing

Expected: Either Space key shouldn't be clickable when we click in the gap between the space key and side arrow key or space key ripple effect should be seen on that clicked area

This is a Regression issue as same works fine in 70.0.3538.124/11021.109.0

Good Build:70.0.3538.124/11021.109.0
Bad Build:71.0.3578.127/11151.113.0

Note : Issue is also seen in M71 stable,M72 beta
