Share with Linux folder has wrong owner (#crostini)

Reported by kapil.pa...@gmail.com, Yesterday (43 hours ago)

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 11316.82.1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/72.0.3626.59 Safari/537.36
Platform: 11316.82.1 (Official Build) beta-channel cyan

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Enable Linux apps
2. Share folder with Linux
3. Attempt to edit file in the folder

What is the expected behavior?
Should be able to edit file.

What went wrong?
Get a permission error

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 72.0.3626.59 Channel: beta
OS Version: 11316.82.1
Flash Version: 32.0.0.114

The folder and its files are owned by "chronos" in the VM "termina". However, in the container they are owned by "nobody". I believe this is what creates the problem.

This was reported on the Chromebook community and it was suggested that it be reported here.
