[LayoutNG] Images are not displayed anymore

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open the Page
2. There are no images are displayed in the Main

What is the expected behavior?
See a start page with images

What went wrong?
Images are not displayed anymore. It is working on 71 and all another browsers.

Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? N/A 

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

This is caused by a field trial being enabled on random installations of Canary so you can repro by force-enabling it:
chrome://flags/#enable-layout-ng

Conversely, force-disabling the flag hides the bug.

Bisected to r419787 which is probably not very helpful since the overall layout was totally broken even before that.
