Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/71.0.3578.98 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open below url in two tabs. https://tests.peter.sh/notification-generator/ 2. Allow Notifications for that site. 3. Change below settings in both tabs. - Uncheck "Persistent" and "Close it?" check boxes for both tabs. - Set "Action" Dropdown to "Dislay an alert()" - Set "Tag" Dropdown to "Tag-1" 4. Click on "Display the notification" button in both tabs. What is the expected behavior? It should show only one notification (As we have used same tag options in both tabs), on clicking the notification it should display an "alert()" in one or another tab. What went wrong? On clicking on the notification, it redirects to third tab with base url. Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 71.0.3578.98 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version:
