Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to wordpress.com 
2. Try to hit refresh?
3. Webpage doesn't load.

What is the expected behavior?
The webpage loads.

What went wrong?
I don't know. the webpage stopped loading when i updated to the latest version of canary.

Did this work before? Yes the previous canary version before i restarted chrome for this update. i don't know what version number it was.

also included an abs.twimg.com link in the net export that also gives the same error.
