Steps To Reproduce:
(0) log into youtube
(1) navigate to any youtube screen where videos are listed
(2) move pointer to top right hand corner of any of the videos, to make the 'add to watch later' icon appear 
(3) attempt to left click on said icon, to add video to watch later list

Expected Result:

video should be added to watch later

Actual Result:

video clicked on, and whole window loads that video

This is not merely the accidental missclick of an icon, missing by a pixel or two or something - every attempt (Except possibly the first video) to add videos to 'watch later' on chrome leads to clicking through to the video itself.

reproduce?)

100%* (*except sometimes the first click)

What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is
it?

Mostly frustration, as you can no longer go down a page adding all the videos to 'Watch Later' without opening new tabs for each of them, and manually adding each one in their separate tabs.

log if possible.

My Watch Later is getting pretty full, it's got 4465 videos (maximum was 5000 last time I hit 5000).
