Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS aarch64 11611.0.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/73.0.3673.0 Safari/537.36 Platform: 11611.0.0 (Official Build) canary-channel elm Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open Files app 2. 3. What is the expected behavior? Files app should open. What went wrong? Any local access to files is unavailable. At this point, I am unable to download files or save anything locally. Did this work before? Yes 2 days ago. Chrome version: 73.0.3673.0 Channel: canary OS Version: 11611.0.0 Flash Version: 32.0.0.114

Sorry, I switched to Beta to verify another Bug. Switching back to Canary now. I usually have 50 crashes showing and often times there will be no new crash listed. Since this will be a fresh "install" I shouldn't have a long list.

Just booted into Canary. I am adding full debug logs
