Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Restart System
2. Shut Down System and Reinstall
3. Purchase a New Computer

What is the expected behavior?
Full Crash of Windows on My Mac.

 It seems that the 3 lines of communication via CD, Ethernet, and System Restore have all been attempted.
