WebView supports WebUI, currently only for Safe Browsing. There are no tests specifically for WebUI in WebView. We should at least test navigating to a WebUI page and then to a non-WebUI page, which would have caught b/111093036. We may want to add a dummy WebUI page for testing (e.g. b/111093036#comment74).
