Editing large textareas is slow when using ChromeVox

Version: 72.0.3626.59
Reproduction Steps: 
1. Find a textarea element. The Description field of the "New Issue" site works.
2. Enter some text.
3. Try and use the arrow keys to review the text you just entered. ChromeVox takes a while to catch up.

Forgot to mention that the more text that is in the field, the worse the lag seems to get.
