As part of deprecating Jelly Bean support, it was necessary to add another lint suppression for the layout for credit card autofill.

The issue is in this file:
chrome/android/java/res/layout/autofill_local_card_editor.xml

Instead of having these lint suppressions, we should instead aim to fix the underlying lint issues.
