OOBE timeout in ui.ChromeCrashLoggedIn

Probably a flake, but let's track this just in case.

This doesn't look like an OOBE issue. Rather, the SSH connection to the DUT was lost:

Does the messages file explain what happened? Did the DUT reboot (and if so, why?), or does it look more like a networking issue?

It's likely some connectivity issue.  I gave it that name so it will be easier to find in case it's really an OOBE issue.

I don't know the answers to those questions, and I wasn't planning on trying to find them.  Feel free to close this if you think it hurts more than it helps.

I'm happy to look at the messages file from the log dir if you attach it or send it to me (I don't have access to it at the moment), but let's WontFix this otherwise if nobody's planning to look at it.
