It's likely some connectivity issue. I gave it that name so it will be easier to find in case it's really an OOBE issue. I don't know the answers to those questions, and I wasn't planning on trying to find them. Feel free to close this if you think it hurts more than it helps.

I'm happy to look at the messages file from the log dir if you attach it or send it to me (I don't have access to it at the moment), but let's WontFix this otherwise if nobody's planning to look at it.
