Steps To Reproduce:
(1) Enable auto-hide for the shelf
(2) Use trackpad to move mouse pointer to the bottom of the screen, revealing the shelf
(3) Quickly move the mouse up, out of the shelf area.

Expected Result:

Expect the shelf to disappear.


Actual Result:

Shelf stays visible until a click is made on the browser window.

reproduce?)

Always.


What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is
it?

Annoying user experience, and a regression over previous Chrome OS builds, as far as I can tell. Workaround is to click in the browser window.
