Google Keep rendering overflow issue when scrolling on note

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_14_2) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/73.0.3674.0 Safari/537.36 Example URL: Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Create a Google Keep Note. 2. Click [...] and Shown checkboxes 3. Add 30 checkboxes or enough to cause a scrollbar on the right side given your browser window height. 4. Scroll up and down. What is the expected behavior? The checkbox content should not overflow into the Google Keep note title. What went wrong? The checkbox content overflows into the Google Keep note title. Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A Did this work before? Yes 71.0.3578.98 Does this work in other browsers? Unable to reproduce the issue on the reported chrome version #73.0.3674.0 using Mac OS 10.14 by following below steps. Steps: ===== 1.Launched chrome. 2.Added "Google Keep Chrome Extension" to chrome. 3.Signed into the extension and created a note. 4.Clicked on 3-dot menu and selected show tick boxes. 5.Added 30 checkboxes. 6.scrolled up and down, observed that checkbox content did not overflow into the Google Keep note title. Attached screencast for reference. @reporter: Could you please review attached screencast and let us if anything is missed from our end. Requesting you to retry the issue by creating a new profile without any apps and extensions in it, reset all flags to default and let us know if the issue still persists. Thanks.!

@reporter: Please follow below steps to create a new profile. Steps: ===== 1.On the top-right of chrome, you will find an avatar icon click on it. 2.Click on "Manage People". 3.Click on "Add person". 4.Observe that a new profile is created. Until then adding "Needs-Feedback" label back. Thanks.!
