Chrome Version:73.0.3674.0 (Official Build) 69010a60db037ed7b973da72c8e4171434473102-refs/branch-heads/3674@{#1}(32/64 bit)
OS: Win(7,8,8.1,10) ,Linux(14.04 LTS) and Mac(10.13.1 , 10.13.6 , 10.14.3).
Precondition: Atleast 4-5 bookmark entries should be present in 'chrome://bookmarks/' page.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch chrome and navigate to 'chrome://bookmarks/'.
2. Press tab key until focus reaches to iron icon of bookmarked entry and press enter key.
3. Now press down arrow key to select 'Delete' option and again press enter key.
4. Repeat step 2 & 3 and observe.
Actual : Focus lost is seen on 'chrome://bookmarks/' page after deleting second entry.
Expected: Focus lost should stay on 'chrome://bookmarks/' page after deleting second entry.
This is regression issue broken in ‘M-68’,below is other bisect info:
Good build: 68.0.3400.0(551876)
Bad build : 68.0.3401.0(552221)
Unable to provide 'per-revision' bisect as it shows "RuntimeError : We don't have enough builds to bisect..." error message for above range.
Hence provided suspect through 'Chromium bisect'.
