Pre-Condition : Sign into 2 users

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)In sign out screen press 'Tab' button until focus reaches second user Drop down -> now click on 'Enter'
(2) Press Tab' button , then focus is seen 'Remove this user' option ->  click on 'Enter' from keyboard -> observe information of 'Remove this user' is seen and tab focus is on option
(3)Now again press 'Tab' and observe focus is seen on 'Drop down' of user -> now again press 'Tab' and observe tab focus gets stuck i.e. tab focus should be seen on other user

Expected: 'Tab' focus should not get stuck i.e. tab focus should be seen on other user and so on
Actual: Instead tab focus gets stuck

This is Regression Issue as same is working fine on M-72
