Flexbox - column direction - flex item bad clipping when fit to 100vh

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/72.0.3626.64 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open attached sample page in 72.0.3626.64, it is classic header-content-footer layout acheived with flex
2. open same page in latest stable release
3. you can see that in beta version the middle section covers the bottom section, though it has correct height calculated when you check in inspector

What is the expected behavior?
All 3 sections visible

What went wrong?
Mid section of sample layout covers bottom section. 

Did this work before? Yes 71.0.3578.98

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Unable to reproduce the issue on chrome reported version# 72.0.3626.64 using Ubuntu 14.04 and 17.10 with steps mentioned below:
1) Launched chrome reported version, dragged and dropped the '.html' file provided in comment# 0
2) Able to see all the three sections 

@Reporter: Please find the attached screencast for your reference and provide your feedback on it. Also, please let us know on which OS version you are facing the issue.

Hello, many thanks for evaluation. Quite embarassing, I am now also unable to reproduce. Honestly I do not know why it did not work for me before, but I was able to reproduce several hours in a row and a lot of page reloads.

Annyway I believe you can close the issue.
