Cannot take "region" screenshots when CItrix Receiver is running

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 11316.82.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/72.0.3626.59 Safari/537.36 Platform: Pixel Slate Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Launch a Citrix session 2. Press Ctrl-Shift-Overview and select a region of the screen to screenshot 3. The notification says error saving screenshot What is the expected behavior? No. It should take a screenshot of the selected area - you are still able to take a fullscreen screenshot. This runs ok on the Pixelbook and did work on the Pixel Slate with the original firmware. What went wrong? Screenshot not saved Did this work before? Yes Don't know. Earlier version of Pixel Slate OS, but started failure in stable channel after an update. Beta channel doesn't fix it. Chrome version: 72.0.3626.59 Channel: beta OS Version: 11316.82.0 Flash Version:
