Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Add any extension (session buddy)
2. Create new data
3. Remove the Application Support folder for Google Chrome and log out of Chrome
4. Restart computer and log into Chrome
5. Attempt to view data

What is the expected behavior?
There should be synced data and config from Chrome extensions

What went wrong?
There is no synced data or config.
