What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open Devtools
(2) Set Zoom level to 90%
(3) Move your cursor to a new line in the Devtools console (shift+enter)

What is the expected result?
Your cursor should be visible on the second line.

What happens instead?
Your cursor disappears until characters are typed.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
I find it useful to have devtools at 90% to fit more into the screen.
