If the test fails only on CrOS, it might be okay to disable it on CrOS since this feature is never going to be enabled on CrOS.

I will disable for now on chromeos while Jered looks for workaround where the hypothesis is that there is race condition on initializing the store and the chromeos bots may be wimpier hardware so more likely to have a core thats handle background store initialization in time. |
