What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Turn on "docked magnifier" in accessibility
(2) In pixel book laptop mode , you can find the notification section is squeezed due to lack of vertical screen space
(3)

What is the expected result?
Some smart way of handling this low screen height situation to make notification visible.
