In Increase Contrast Mode the Omnibox round corners look very pixilated

Chrome Version: Canary 73.0.3674.0 
OS: macOS 10.14.2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Enable Increase Contrast in System Preferences 
(2) Open a new Tab and unfocus the Omnibox, so that the dark 1px stroke around the Omnibox is to see
(3)

What is the expected result?
Crisp round corners.

What happens instead?
The round corners are very pixilated and are not crisp.

I am using a non-retina device. Not sure if it looks better on a retina device.

I 100% won't get to this for 73, so if we really want it for then, I'd like to load balance.
