Based on design referenced above, we need support for 1 of the following options when initiating swarming Skylab tasks.
Option 1 - List all of the builds that are available for the DUT match criteria and then match the first available bot the the correct build

Option 2 - List only the version needed and let Skylab calculate the GS path
