Not able to send video codec of H.264 from Chromium browser(v65) which is installed in Raspberry Pi 3 Model B+ to Kurento Media Server

Reported by sonalisl...@gmail.com, Jan 17 (5 days ago)

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/71.0.3578.98 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Send Sdp request from chromium browser to Kurento Media Server(KMS).
2. Send RTSP stream to KMS. Commented vp8 protocol on /etc/kurento/modules/kurento/SdpEndpoint.conf.json
3. KMS should send H.264 video to chromium as SDP response.
4. Get H.264 video in chromium in Raspberry Pi.

What is the expected behavior?
Display H.264 video in Chromium which is installed in Raspberry Pi 3 Model B+.

What went wrong?
Getting below error in Chromium :
DOMException: Failed to parse SessionDescription: m=video 0 UDP/TLS/RTP/SAVPF Expects at least 4 fields

OperationError (DOM Exception 34): Expects at least 4 fields

Did this work before? No

Does this work in other browsers? N/A

Chrome version: 71.0.3578.98 Channel: stable

H.264 is a codec that by default is not compiled in chromium but it is included in official Google Chrome. See
https://cs.chromium.org/chromium/src/third_party/webrtc/webrtc.gni?type=cs&q=rtc_use_h264&sq=package:chromium&g=0&l=162
