Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_14_2) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/73.0.3674.0 Safari/537.36 Example URL: caa.nb.com Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. go to nb.com or caa.nb.com 2. login first time 3. challenge page has ZERO style What is the expected behavior? login as normal What went wrong? Fails with "Bad Request". Tried clearing cookies, history, everything. THIS WORKS WITH EARLIER VERSIONS Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A Did this work before? Yes chrome 71 or 72 Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 73.0.3674.0 Channel: canary OS Version: OS X 10.14.2 Flash Version: this is VERY dangerous - if I had attempted to login again, I would have been locked out of my account

Tried testing the issue on the reported chrome version #73.0.3674.0 using Mac OS 10.14 by following below steps. Steps: ===== 1.Launched chrome. 2.Navigated to "caa.nb.com". 3.Tried to register a new account, observed that it was asking for an account number. Note: Navigated to "nb.com", unable to see any register link for a new account. Attached screenshot for reference. @reporter: Could you please provide sample credentials for login, so that it would be really helpful for triaging the issue further. Thanks.!
