Works fine in Canary M-73, broken in M-71.

This was somehow fixed by https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/909793b85dd2eb0bd37954ec50fbc86d547be50a Possibly because it changed the shadow to avoid some bad situation. The most likely regression patch was this one: https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/a2014453d14ec35d485140438224d26d6c1c9d94 Over to the hardware raster team to determine if the problem is still present at different radii sizes.
