What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Recover build >> In OOBE, go to Chrome OS terms page
(2)Select some text >> goto backpage >> click Next and observe weird greyblink(Please refer video)

Actual: Unnecessary grey glimpse is seen on text even after redirecting to other pages and coming back
Expected:NO such glimpses should be seen

This is a Regression issue as same works fine in M70

Note: Issue is seen in M71 stable
